    AI isn't a junior whose output we wade through. We point 20 years of judgment at it: a senior engineer sets the scope, the architecture and the bar, then prompts and automates so AI does nearly all of the build — and proves it works with automated tests. Humans own the calls that matter: what to build, what “right” looks like, and the final sign-off. That's the opposite of AI slop — senior craft, run at AI speed. Knowledge lives where AI can reach it: the repo, the docs, the knowledge base.
